Information for Speakers & Showcasers Presentations and Panel Discussion:

Morning Presentations (10:30-11:30am): “Connecting Communities” –

5-10minute presentations from a selection of speakers focusing on how we’ve created connections within their community and future collaborative ideas.

Afternoon Panel (2pm-3pm): “Sharing Resources” – focusing on lending libraries and resource sharing models
This section will include introductions of the panel, discussion, and Q&A with the audience.

Project Display Tables: During the day and particularly over the lunch break, participants will browse display tables where you can showcase your organisation. Please bring materials, leaflets, or interactive displays.

Setup: Please arrive between 9-10am for setup on Saturday morning. We’ll provide table space and basic materials, but feel free to bring your own banners, leaflets, or demonstration materials.

Friday Setup Option: If you’d need to set up your table or drop-off materials the evening before, you can do so from approximately 4pm on Friday 3rd October. Please let us know if you’d like to take advantage of this option and we can confirm exact times with you.

What We’ll Provide:

  • Hot homemade vegan food and refreshments throughout the day
  • Table space to showcase your projects or floor space for display stands
  • Access to power if required. Please specify if needed or not.
  • Networking opportunities with other speakers and attendees
  • A welcoming, engaged audience eager to learn about circular initiatives

What We’d Love You to Bring

In keeping with our theme of circularity and sharing, we’d love to invite you to bring something to share with everyone – whether that’s some nibbles, snacks, or a favourite dish alongside your presentation materials. Although this is only optional, please do not feel obliged to bring anything unless you are able to.

Plant-based food is preferred as a large percentage of participants are vegan or vegetarian. So please label anything clearly with ingredients and any allergy or dietary specifications.

Next Steps:

Please confirm:

  • That you and/or your colleague are available to come for part or full day
  • Please book your tickets here: bit.ly/TLG4thOct2025 so we know numbers for catering
