Three Horizons framework – Creating our vision for a Sustainable, Inclusive, Just and Equitable Future for Liverpool City Region. The three horizons process provides a structure for us as a group to think about how to move from the confines of how things are now to collaborate with others to create a picture of the system you want to build in order to create a better world. The task then is to focus on what may be needed to bring about that new system.
